Colagreco is the chef-owner of Mirazur restaurant (pictured), in Menton, on the Côte d’Azur. Established in 2006, has since gone on to be awarded a prestigious third star and officially regarded as one of the best restaurants in the world listed in The World's 50 Best Restaurant list. Chef Colagreco will create two unique restaurants - a brasserie with a twist and a fine dining restaurant - and an avant-garde Chef’s Table at the hotel. Saison is all day dining concept.
Mauro has recently launched restaurants at The Maybourne Riviera hotel and in Paris - taking over Anahi, the iconic Argentinian restaurant. Colagreco is just one of the operators to set up shop within the the iconic Whitehall building - which will eventually house more than ten destination restaurants and bars.
