Trèsind Studio by Himanshu Saini

Acclaimed chef Himanshu Saini's restaurant is revered for its modern Indian molecular gastronomy and immersive dining experience.

Previously located in the Voco Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road, Trèsind Studio is now found on the rooftop of Nakheel Mall on Palm Jumeirah. With seating for just 20 guests - with an option of two seatings per night, chef Himanshu Sain’s Trèsind Studio takes diners on a journey of molecular gastronomy through 16 courses of traditional Indian flavours, reimagined into dishes of wow-worthy presentation levels. A three-hour culinary experience, diners will be guided through the stories behind each dish. The design of the restaurant is understated inits elegant simplicity allowing executive chef Himanshu Saini’s ambitious – and exotically decorated plates – to shine. Open Tuesday to Sunday.

Papadom is the recently opened botanic bar, nestled among the greenery of Trèsind Studio’s rooftop gardens. The cocktail menu draws focus on showcasing a diverse range of flavours and innovative creations through infusions in his spirit-based and non-spirit-based drinks - served alongside snacks such as Dahi puri chaat with pumpkin mash and lobster claws in garlic butter sauce.


The new location features an urban garden and an expansive outdoor space. The aim is to be able to cultivate fresh herbs, flowers and some seasonal fruits and vegetables on-site, contributing to the goal of a holistic farm-to-table dining experience.
