European luxury hotel brand Hôtel Barrière is expanding its iconic Parisian property Le Fouquet’s Paris to New York, and with it comes the hotel’s signature bar and restaurant, Fouquet’s New York. Legendary Michelin-lauded chef Pierre Gagnaire who helms the Paris brasserie will also oversee the perations in Tribeca, with a similar menu of enhanced French classics including Fouquet's beef tartare, sole meunière and Simmental beef fillet with Champs-Elysées sauce.
Inspired by the Paris aesthetic, expect high-gloss wood wall paneling, leather chairs, black and white tile, and lipstick-red embellishments to create a Belle Epoque ambiance and where 'Parisian elegance meets New York energy'.
