Caviar Kaspia at The Mark Hotel

The original Parisian restaurant has been pulling in tastemakers from around the globe for over 90 years and now bringing its decadent menu to New York.

Caviar Kaspia has found its first permanent New York home at The Mark Hotel. Envisioned by French designer Jacques Grange, the restaurant and boutique will be situated on the street level of the hotel, on the corner of 77th Street and Madison Avenue. The cult-inducing restaurant invites diners to try the expert selection of caviar, crab, smoked Norwegian salmon which has made it a hot spot in Paris since 1927.

Expect the menu to feature Caviar Kaspia classics, such as  twice-baked potato topped with caviar, poached eggs with beluga caviar and a selection of smoked fish, as well as dishes created exclusively for the New York outpost. And the interiors to be decorated in the same lavish style as the Paris restaurant.
