Shiro London

A modern take on the traditional Japanese dining experience hailing from Hong Kong, from the owners of Aqua and Hutong at The Shard.

A contemporary sushi restaurant by Hong-Kong-based Aqua Group. Shiro offers all-day dining with carefully crafted sushi, sashimi and contemporary dishes including crystal sushi: slivers of jelly infused with strong flavours like ponzu, shiso leaf, and rose, placed atop traditional sushi rolls. Expect a sleekly designed restaurant - in the City’s Broadgate Circle development - complete with rotating sushi bar within which Shiro’s sushi chefs work their magic, central to the large restaurant space. There's also a menu of lunchtime bento boxes and signature dinnertime dishes.

Signature Dishes

Hokkaido scallop topped with Oscietra caviar and gold leaf; Kanpachi with asparagus finished with a Thai jelly; wagyu beef woven sushi seared and topped with crispy sakura ebi; tempura Taraba crab with miso sauce and cucumber and a signature Ramen Tonkotsu packed with pork cha-shu, fresh seaweed and a “sweetheart” egg.
