Overseen by Scott Sartiano who runs the ultra-exclusive Zero Bond private club downtown, whose venues at the Park Lane New York also include Harry’s New York Bar and Rose Lane. Darling is an intimate and whimsical gathering space featuring a signature cocktail menu and gourmet snacks such as Wagyu katsu sandos, seafood towers and spicy chicken sliders. 

Reserved for hotel guests during the day and open to the public in the evening.
