Nubeluz at the Ritz-Carlton New York

A roaring '20s-themed rooftop bar - serving up modern interpretations of classic cocktails, with remarkable 270-degree views of the New York City skyline.

Nubeluz by José Andrés is a lightbox in the sky, named after the Spanish word for cloud (“nube”) and for light (“luz”). The rooftop bar on the 50th floor of the Ritz-Carlton New York is also where his ground-floor NYC debut of Eastern Mediterranean spot Zaytinya. Designed by Martin Brudnizki, the space acts as a glittering jewel box, with interiors that are a modern age reinterpretation of New York’s glamorous past, including a combination of reflective surfaces, indulgent textiles, and modern materiality. Nubeluz offers modern interpretations of classic cocktails and small bites coupled with remarkable 270-degree views of the New York City skyline.
