A lively, modern brasserie inspired by the grand dining institutions of Paris and New York, in the heart of the City. Located at Broadgate’s 100 Liverpool Street, the restaurant takes inspiration from traditional brasseries, complete with Versailles parquet flooring and a huge Parisian-style terrace overlooking Broadgate Circle, punctuated by artworks from Damien Hirst and John Hoyland.
Revolve’s brasserie offering is led by Head Chef Arran Smith (Scott’s of Mayfair) with a menu focusing on French brasserie classics with a modern twist and British provenance at its heart with dishes such as beef tartare with marmite egg & Worcester sauce and coq au vin with Alsace bacon and pearl onions. The space transforms from a bustling weekday spot to a lively dining destination - with ticketed chef dinners on weekends - featuring chefs such as Lee Westcott and Ynyshir's two Michelin-starred Gareth Ward.
Dorset escargots with roasted bone marrow, garlic parsley butter and toasted sourdough; coq au vin with Alsace bacon and pearl onions, and beef tartare with marmite egg and Worcester sauce.
