Located on the ground floor and garden terrace of the five-star resort decked out with eccentric, quirky depictions of large images of roast duck by Hong Kong photographer Mark Chung alongside pop art canvases and graffiti. The menu, too, evokes that same sense of Leung’s playfulness. There’s something for every palate: Western-inflected versions of Cantonese, Malaysian and Korean classics such as the tangy and sour bang bang chicken served alongside elevated versions of much-loved home-style comfort food like the pot rice with mixed seafood. Also, look out for exclusive duck specialties. There's also a speakeasy style bar with cocktails inspired by Hong Kong, and a menu of Pan Asian dishes.
Elevated Chinese classics
Alvin’s slow roasted Peking duck; reimagined versions of classics like shrimp on toast with wasabi and pan seared duck dumpling served with a foie gras sauce and black & white Dover Sole, and an inventive sweet twist on a Middle Eastern staple with Aromatic Pineapple Shawarma.
