Zephyr

A Greek inspired opening from the team behind Pachamama Group.

The latest venture from the Pachamama group, and the first that isn’t Peruvian. Named after the Greek god of the West wind - 'a soft gentle breeze' - and offers a casual dining affair inspired by Grecian culture. Zephyr sits in a sun-flooded minimalistic designed space, where bi-fold doors can be pulled back to leave the front almost completely open. There’s colourful artwork scattered across cool grey walls and 80s glassware on crisp white tablecloths.

Heading up the kitchens is John Skotidas - formerly of stellar Greek restaurants Mazi and Suzi Tros. Tuck into the likes of carpaccio of sea bass; whole smoked aubergine with citrus yoghurt and dukkah; and wood-fire giant butter beans baked in tomato sauce with feta. As with all of Pachamama’s vibey restaurants, cocktails are a focus here too, which can be enjoyed with dinner or lingered over in a separate bar tucked below the restaurant.

Signature Dishes

Seabass carpaccio with lemon oil dashi & bottarga; whole smoked aubergine with citrus yoghurt & dukkah; giant butter beans baked in tomato sauce & feta; salt-baked beetroots with pesto & soft cheese; steamed mussels with dill & kaffir lime; whole charcoal-grilled fish to share; and extra virgin olive oil ice cream with honey.
