Run by the hip Parisian restaurant group Yeeels - Verde Beach in St Tropez is actually a sister restaurant to Verde Paris - overseen by Executive Chef Yannick Plassard, formely of Ducasse Paris. Known as a food-led alternative to the other Ramatuelle beach clubs. They already have a presence in Dubai with Verde in the Four Seasons Restaurant Village.
But expect with this opening - at Jumeirah Beach Hotel - to be more about barefoot luxury with a Balinese-style beach club and restaurant and a menu presenting modern twists on traditional Provençal fish dishes and market-driven Mediterranean vegetable dishes.
