You can find the restaurant on the 27th floor which, although is only half way up the building, still offers breath-tasting views of Dubai while you dine. Decorated with hues of blues and greens to mimic the colours of the Gulf found below, the restaurant is only accessible only through a private elevator.
Heading up the kitchen is Saverio Sbaragli, who previously trained under three-Michelin-starred Alain Ducasse and earned a Michelin star while working as executive chef at the Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Geneva. He also worked at the three-Michelin-starred L’Arpege in Paris. The dishes are refined and elegant and offer a contemporary spin on French-Italian cuisine - such as salmon trout with yoghurt sauce and escabeche vinaigrette and wild sea bass with Jerusalem artichokes and aromatic herbs.
Savouring the high life.
