Details on Sellers' plans are still scarce, but the chef said the partnership would see the restaurant "push the boundaries of zero-waste, conscious creativity". Tom learned his craft alongside some of the world’s greatest and most influential chefs, including Thomas Keller and Noma's René Redzepi before opening Restaurant Story, which serves an ever-evolving tasting menu of seasonal dishes.
