Heston Blumenthal's first-ever cocktail bar, featuring 'the world's largest jellyfish aquarium.
Titled Resonance by Heston Blumenthal, this new bar concept 'will offer memorable culinary experiences through considered, meticulously crafted and complex cocktails, food, and purposeful theatre'. The Atlantis The Royal resort also houses an outpost of Blumenthal's Dinner restaurant, the original of which in London boasts two Michelin stars. The space is also home to a 6.5-metre- (21ft) high aquarium housing 4,000 moon jellyfish.
