Noble Rot Mayfair is in the former site of the historic Le Boudin Blanc, and is the third restaurant from oenophiles Dan Keeling and Mark Andrew, the duo also behind the Noble Rot magazine. The menu is to be overseen by Executive Chef Stephen Harris of The Sportsman. Expect a menu of Anglo-French classics plus a robust and ambitious wine list.
