Gouqi

A contemporary Chinese cuisine restaurant from the former executive head chef of Hakkasan group.

Tong, who oversaw Michelin-starred establishments including Hakkasan, Yauatcha and HKK for the past 18 years, has returned to the London restaurant scene for the first time since 2019. Gouqi serves up contemporary Chinese cuisine using live produce from across the globe, such as Norwegian King crab, Gillardeau oysters and Scottish lobster in dishes such as chargrilled silver cod with yellow bean sauce and passion fruit, and black truffle roasted duck with honey-glazed Iberico char siu with salted egg yolk. The stylish 78-cover restaurant also serves an eight-course European style tasting menu option that can be paired to wines. 

Signature Dishes

Peking duck with Oscietra caviar; eight treasure crispy chicken with foie gras; steamed royal dim sum platter; chargrilled silver cod with yellow bean sauce and passion fruit, and black truffle roasted duck with honey-glazed Iberico char siu with salted egg yolk.
