Lima Cantina

The team behind Peruvian restaurant Floral by Lima in London have relaunched it as a concept focused on rotisserie chicken.

Having recently celebrated 10 years of their flagship restaurant Lima in Fitzrovia, Lima Cantina in Covent Garden brings a modern twist to traditional cuisine in a more convivial, vibrant space. With a full restaurant and kitchen renovation comes a new focus on preserving traditional cooking methods to deliver even more authentic flavours from a sharing-style menu alongside ‘Pollo a La Brasa’ Peruvian rotisserie chicken dish.

This restaurant is dishing up mouthwatering traditional and contemporary Peruvian cuisine (using British produce and rare Peruvian ingredients). The restaurant (occupying a former monastery) is split into two spaces – a 70-cover dining room (on the ground floor) and a 30-cover ‘piquos’ bar (in the basement) serving traditional Peruvian-style small plate tapas and authentic cocktails.
