The Campaner

The Campaner at Chelsea Barracks sees Barcelona's Martinez and Bar Canete team take on London.

José Parrado is bringing his trendy Martinez restaurant and sister tapas restaurant Bar Canete to London, in the purpose-built space at Chelsea Barracks; the name means 'bell ringer' in Spanish. The Campaner will offer 'relaxed all-day dining with Barcelona soul' but wont be a traditional Spanish restaurants as such, offering 'a varied menu of simple, seasonal dishes that are firmly rooted in the finest local ingredients'. Dishes on the menu include oyster gratin with bearnaise sauce and steak tartar served on bone marrow. At the heart of the menu is a charcoal-grilled dishes including grilled rack of herb-marinated lamb and a 45 day-aged cote de bouef alongside Terraza Martinzez signature classic such as the lobster and monkfish casserole and rice dishes to share. 

 

 

Signature Dishes

Oyster gratin with béarnaise sauce; roast leek with pickled tomatoes, goat cheese and hazelnuts; steak tartar served on bone marrow; and scallops with celeriac and caviar and the monk and lobster casserole.
