Mountain by Tomos Parry

A wood grill and wine bar from the chef best known for leading the kitchens at Michelin-starred Brat.

Described as a wood grill and wine bar, which reflects "Tomos' favourite meals from journeys across Spain over recent years" and paired with his local sourcing from fishermen and farmers in Wales and Cornwall - a similar approach that has made both the original Brat and its sister in Climpson's Arch a success. Dishes include whole pink bream, lamb chops and lobster in a caldereta braise - a Menorcan speciality - as well as wood-fired rice and smoked potatoes.

The restaurant's main feature is a big counter bar that's been created from English elm and downstairs from the ground floor restaurant - and filled with vinyl records and serving wines from Noble Rot alongside classic cocktails.

Signature Dishes

Pink bream served whole, split and roasted on the plancha; a plate of wood grilled lamb chops; and whole Anglesey lobster braised in the typical Balearic caldereta style, served in a terracotta lidded pot for three to four people.
