Endo, whose father and grandfather were sushi masters before him, was born in Yokohama and specialises in the Edomae style, a technique particular to Tokyo. His expertise has made his Michelin-starred flagship restaurant, Endo at The Rotunda, one of London’s most exclusive dining rooms. This new - yet unamed - restaurant is situated on the building's rooftop, with a 60 seater dining room, a chef’s table, outside terrace and private dining room situated in one of the building’s historical turrets. Expect to see the Michelin-starred sushi master continue to define his modern Japanese cooking but with spectacular views across the City of London. Also planned is a ground floor sake bar, which features 28 seats and can be accessed directly from Whitehall Place.
