The three Michelin-star Madrid chef is bringing his experimental cuisine to Dubai.
One of Spain’s most acclaimed chefs cut his teeth in the kitchens of Hakkasan, Nahm and Nobu before he opened his much lauded and much laureled Diver XO in Madrid - the only restaurant with three Michelin stars. StreetXO is the first of Muñoz’s ‘diffusion’ line and described as the "Cirque du Soleil of gastronomy.” A previous version launched in London but has since closed.
Like the original Street XO in Madrid, the (globe-trotting) menu at Street XO Dubai takes inspiration from European, Asian and South American cuisines; however, most dishes have either a Mediterranean or East Asian backbone.
