Clap London is spread across three floors at the top of a building in Knightsbridge. The first floor will be a café, the second floor will host the restaurant lounge and the third floor will be a rooftop bar with indoor and terrace seating with panoramic views over London. The menu will be a roll-call of Japanese classics, from sushi, sashimi and shrimp tempura to mains like miso cod. Also expect interiors feature extraordinary design elements - the Dubai outpost features as a handelier, consisting of 2,100 toys and a bar made of hundreds of books.
Salmon ‘Clap Cloud’ - salmon tartare with spicy miso and poppadum, yellowtail sashimi with tosazu dressing and wagyu beef and foie gras gyoza.
