Acclaimed Michelin-starred chef Jean-François Piège takes the helm of the signature restaurant concept in The Langham London - previously home to Michel Roux's Roux at the Landau. This is the first international outpost of the French Riviera restaurant and bring "a sense of the nature, pleasure and sun of the Mediterranean to diners". Expect an ode to fine French regional products with the dishes taking inspiration from the South of France. Eggs mimosa topped with bottarga, summer vegetables in tempura, grilled lobster accompanied by crunchy fries and homemade Italian ice cream.
