Jesús Durón, former executive chef at Mexico City’s globally-renowned restaurant Pujol, is teaming up with Yardbird Hong Kong co-founder Lindsay Jang to open Dué.
Expect a taste of globally inspired, seasonally-focused upscale dining. Drawing on the classical techniques Durón mastered at traditional French CDMX institution, Les Moustaches (Mexico), three Michelin-starred, El Celler de Can Roca (Girona) and as chef cuisinier of the inimitable Pujol. Jesús’s menu will focus on getting the very best out of seasonal ingredients to create bold, memorable dishes infused with both Mexican and modern-European flavours.
