Evgeny Kuzin and chef Izu Ani, who are part of Dubai based Fundamental Hospitality Group, have opened La Maison Ani at The Carlton Tower Jumeirah in Knightsbridge. Expect the restaurant to be filled with natural sunlight and accentuated with French flowers, brassy architecture, and green African palms. There is also a dedicated terrace for alfresco dining and bites.

The restaurant offers a casual all-day dining experience with signature dishes highlighting both the rustic charm of the French countryside and the elegance of Parisian bistros. In the mornings there is fresh artisanal bread, viennoiseries and pastries served from the boulangerie, and by afternoon light seasonal lunches are served. The restaurant then seamlessly transforms into a romantic elegant brasserie in the evening, with a dedicated bar and counter seating for those seeking more casual dining,
