Specialising in Nordic wood fire cooking techniques, Ekstedt at the Yard invites guests to gather around communal-style tables for a five-course dinner, alongside traditional flower crown-making with Swedish-style music from a live band. Honouring the dishes of his native Sweden, Niklas’ menu, brought to life by Head Chef Therese Andersson, will feature a smorgasbord of authentic plates designed to encapsulate the essence of Midsommar. Tickets are priced at £110pp. A wine pairing option is available for an additional £115pp.
