James Ramsden and Sam Herlihy opened Pidgin in the former Mayfields site on Wilton Way. The 30-cover, modern British restaurant serves a set four-course (supper-club style) menu (with carefully sourced ingredients) that changes every week, but mainstains its style as a menu that is "internationally vague and broad in its scope". Head chef is Elizabeth Allen - most recently at Smokehouse in Islington (and previously at the Royal Oak and Kitchen Table). The menu is accompained by a matching, small and weekly changing, drinks menu, predominantly of old world wines and bespoke cocktails.
Pidgin is open for dinner Wednesday to Sunday, and lunch on Saturday and Sunday.
