Forte by Adrianne Calvo

An Italianate inspired eatery showcasing the flavors of Italy, on Miracle Mile in Coral Gables.

Named after Calvo's mother, Maggie Forte, who's of Sicilian heritage - Forte occuppies the former Cibo Wine Bar space at 45 Miracle Mile and seats 260 guests between its indoor and outdoor dining areas. Calvo is best known for her South Florida restaurants Chef Adrianne's and Redfish. The Italian-inspired restaurant pays homage to Calvo's mother (whose maiden name is "Forte") and her family's Sicilian lineage.

The menu takes inspiration from the island of Sicily, taking "generations-old traditions with modern techniques to bring the “best of Italy” to the table Maximum Flavor style." Menu items range from fresh seafood and a buratta bar to house-made pizzas and pastas. The restaurant has been designed to replicate a veritable Tuscan Villa replete with rustic design.
