The fourth floor is filled with homegrown vegetables, salad leaves and herbs used in the kitchen. Now with the addition of The Greenhouse on top of the fourth floor roof, you can enjoy the view and the British summer.
The space has its own bar serving signature cocktails made using produce from the roof, and a bespoke grill (designed by Mark Parr of the London Log Company). The menu features dishes such as lamb chops, sardines, or scallops or a butterflied whole chicken for the table, as well as cuts of from The Ginger Pig matched with salads from the homegrown garden, served with a variety of sauces. For dessert choose from two puddings of grilled peaches and marscapone or Gariguette strawberry Eton mess. Open for lunch (12-3) and dinner (6-10), it's the perfect Summer's spot!
