In New York City, Jean-Georges Vongerichten is something of a legacy. As a holder of three Michelin stars, the celebrity chef has catered for some of the biggest names in the world. Now he brings his talents to Dubai for the first time with the opening of Jean-Georges Dubai.

The launch of the restaurant and lounge earlier this June was reflective of Jean-Georges' celebrity status. Celebrated Hollywood and Bollywood stars such as David Hasselhoff and Nargis Fakhri were guests of honour, while one of the world's most sought-after DJs Dj Ruckus entertained the VVIP crowd.

The restaurant at Four Seasons Dubai at Jumeirah Beach features a dining area, a lounge and a terrace where diverse international menus inspired by the chef's renowned eatery in New York City will be served.
