Da Terra at Town Hall Hotel

Acclaimed chefs Paulo Airaudo and Rafael Cagali are plating up his seasonal menu in an open kitchen at this revamped dining room at Bethnal Green's Town Hall Hotel.

The first venture by Brazilian born chef, Rafael Cagali (taking over from Nuno Mendes and Lee Westcott), who has worked alongside Heston Blumenthal at The Fat Duck, three Michelin star chef Quique Dacosta, Martín Berasategui and headed Simon Rogan’s Aulis - with Paulo Airaudo who's Amelia Restaurant in San Sebastián was awarded a Michelin star just months after opening and is also behind Michelin-awarded La Bottega in Geneva.

Da Terra (replacing the Typing Room restaurant) offers a tasting menu - taking inspiration from Latin America and Italy - consisting of 9 courses which showcases Cagali’s skills and knowledge collected through his culinary journey in some of the finest restaurants of Brazil, Italy, Spain and England. Sit amongst original Edwardian period features, encapsulating the grandeur of the building blended with stylish upholstered wooden furniture, rotating Brazilian wall art and large potted plants.
