Candy, sundaes, burgers and pizza, oh my!

The celebrity-loved California hot spot Sugar Factory American Brasserie has opened its latest addition on Ocean Drive in the Victor Hotel.

The huge space holds as a cafe with outdoor patio and retail store. Dine inside the coffee shop/ice cream parlor if you're looking to enjoy something sweet or inside the brasserie-style dining room for a more savory lunch or dinner. After eating, check out the large candy store that sells the company's signature Pink Box Doughnuts and gelato.

As for the food, the main attraction are the sundaes, especially the legendary King Kong Sundae (serves up to 12) with 24 scoops of ice cream topped with fudge, caramel, marshmallows, chocolate chip cookies, crushed waffles cones and lollipops. 

Sweets also come in liquid form with the smoking candy cocktails like Berry Bliss made with blackberries and Sour Apple Lolly Martini lined with a Pop Rocks rim.

There’s a large food menu that features a variety of savory offerings including burgers, pizza, fried mac n' cheese and salads.

And this is only the start of this sugar shop taking over Miami. Later this summer, a second location plans to open on the always-busy Lincoln Road.
