This 1960’s aviation-themed eatery in Covent Garden, which features waiters in cabin crew uniforms, condiment stands as serving trolleys and food delivered on a ‘fry carousel’ conveyor belt.
Founded by former financier Tiffany Plant, the restaurant has a menu influenced by her travels and from experimenting with different flavourings and seasonings. Three different triple-cooked chips are on offer - skinny, gastro or skin-on, which can be flavoured, topped or in a Butty. Flavours include the purist’s “naked” fries, bacon and cheese, steak and Stilton, pesto chicken and Marmite as well as sweeter options - including sweet potatoes with cinnamon, peanut butter, vanilla and chocolate dips.
Deep-fried delights. Do you want fries with that? Lets fry away...
