Big Time Restaurant Group's latest concept Louie Bossi’s Ristorante, Bar & Pizzeria recently opened on busy Las Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale. Modelled after classic Italian eateries found in New York City and Chicago, this new space is comfy casual at its best with cozy ambiance and hearty cuisine.
The large restaurant boasts a bustling interior with wood burning pizza oven, open kitchen, salumi bar and cocktail bar tucked in the back of the dining room. Large floor-to-ceiling windows found throughout help give diners the perfect street view while the rustic decor makes for the perfect comfortable setting. Outside, along with the breezy patio, there's a 2,000-square-foot piazza with fire pit along with plenty of furniture to sit.
As for the cuisine, authentic Italian is served all the way starting with the hearth baked bread. Wood burning pizza like Margherita D.O.P. with mozzarella do bufala and sea salt are hot on the menu along with handmade pasta including rigatoni served in a beef and veal bolognese sauce.
