M Restaurant, private members’ club and wine store, have opened (their second site) in The Zig Zag Building making it the first of the area’s new breed of high end restaurants to open.

Former Gaucho Restaurants Managing Director (and Urbanologie member) Martin Williams, is behind M, which opened its first branch in the City last year to widespread acclaim. 

This stunning addition houses an international grill - the stunning 120 cover, two-tiered oval dining room - specialises in the best steaks from across the world, with cuts from six selected countries, (including the highly prized Blackmore Wagyu from Australia) - butchers and chefs are on hand during every service to offer beef master classes and allowing you the opportunity to have steaks cut to your size and preference.

M Founder Martin Williams has spent the past decade discovering amazing wines from six continents. At the M Wine Store access these unusual, premium wines (many which are exclusive to M). Regular tastings take place around a central tasting table which can accommodate up to 20 guests. In addition, M features private dining rooms and a members' bar complete with miniature cinema and personal lockers.
