Duck and Waffle

Located on the 40th floor of the tallest skyscraper in the City of London, Duck & Waffle is the highest restaurant in the UK, featuring unparalleled views and menus to match.

Award-winning Executive Chef Daniel Doherty takes dining to new heights with his British and European inspired  menus. Duck & Waffle places emphasis on local, rustic, seasonal and sustainable British ingredients, manifested in daily inspirations created from the market’s freshest offerings. The restaurant’s vibrant atmosphere encourages a convivial experience for guests through its array of dishes designed for sampling and sharing. Doherty won the Rising Star Chef Award at the 2013 Tatler Restaurant Awards and recently released the highly anticipated Duck & Waffle cookbook.

Designed by New York architecture & interior design firm CetraRuddy, the 116-seat restaurant features an open kitchen, curved banquette leather seating and floor-to-ceiling windows. The playful yellow wavy ceiling panels are inspired to resemble a waffle, alongside white marble tables, rustic metals, weathered wood and antique ceramic tiles. The restaurant also has an adjacent 24 seat ‘inside-out’ bar overlooking the Gherkin and cityscape.
