BiBo by Dani García

A Mediterranean dining concept with 'Spanish flair' from the internationally celebrated Andalusian chef.

Dani García, one of the most internationally-renowned Andalusian cooks whose restaurant in Marbella, Spain, held three Michelin stars before it closed. García is also behind several successful concept-driven casual-style restaurants - Lobito de Mar and Leña - and is soon to open a restaurant in New York where he previously ran Manzanilla restaurant.

Located on the Lower Ground Floor of Mondrian Shoreditch, Bibo’s interiors subtly reference Andalusia - with rose-coloured handmade tiles, bordeaux red arched wall features and oversized rattan pendant lights in the main dining room. There's also high tables designed for tapas service. and additional tables in the Spanish Courtyard for al freso dining.

Expect classic flavors of Andalusian cuisine using contemporary and dynamic preparations alongside riffs on some famous dishes from his three Michelin-starred former restaurant, such as oxtail brioche and a Russian salad with quail eggs - alongside the signature convivial style of Andalusian raciones (sharing plates) reminiscent of his other well-loved concepts.
