Dani García, one of the most internationally-renowned Andalusian cooks whose restaurant in Marbella, Spain, held three Michelin stars before it closed. García is also behind several successful concept-driven casual-style restaurants - BiBo, Lobito de Mar and Leña - and is soon to open a restaurant in New York where he previously ran Manzanilla restaurant. Expect classic flavors of Andalusian cuisine using contemporary and dynamic preparations alongside famous dishes from his three Michelin-starred former restaurant, such as green gazpacho with tomate nitro (tomato prepared in liquid nitrogen) and anchovies with truffle, alongside the signature convivial style of Andalusian raciones (sharing plates) reminiscent of his other well-loved concepts.
