A restaurant collaboration between ex-Mayfields chef Matthew Young and sommelier Jack Lewens, formerly of Spring and River Café, in Hackney’s Netil House.
Adding to the burgeoning and dynamic dining scene around London Fields park (Rawduck, Som Saa, Lardo, Il Cudega etc.) is this 50-seater "informal, convivial modern bistro" with a separate bar - situated on the ground floor of Netil House. Young is serving up a daily changing menu of simple yet intelligent and playful dishes using the best seasonal produce sourced mainly from Britain and Europe. There is also a daily-changing five-course tasting menu with paired wines.
The accompanying wine list is made up from about 50 wines and constantly evolving expect plenty standouts from Italy, France and Spain.
