It seems opening one new venue in Dubai isn't enough for Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten, as he opens not one but two eateries at Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach.

While they may be under the same roof, each outlet has a very different concept, menu and team of chefs. JG Dining Room is a fine dining restaurant with a similar vibe to his acclaimed Michelin star restaurant Jean-Georges in New York, while JG Kitchen is far more casual and presents a sharing culinary concept.

In the former, fans of Vongerichten will be pleased to find a host of the esteemed chef's signature dishes, such as lobster tartine with lemon grass and fenugreek broth, toasted egg yolk with caviar, and risotto with peekytoe crab. In the latter, flavoursome options such as cheeseburger with miso-yuzu dressing and yuzu pickles, crackling beef short ribs, and caramelised lamb chops stand out as key highlights.

It seems whatever your mood, Vongerichten has made sure there's something for you at the stylish Jumeirah hotel.
