The former space of Thomas Keller's Bouchon in Beverly Hills re-opens as Tommy's Beverly Hills, a project from owner Tommy Salvatore - the longtime manager at celebrity-favored spot Craig’s. The two-story restaurant (pictured) houses a ground-floor bar and cafe with a portico-style patio plus an elegant upstairs dining room and cocktail lounge overlooking the beautifully landscaped courtyard that the restaurant shares with the Maybourne hotel.

Overseeing the kitchen is Vartan Abgaryan, known for his highly seasonal approach to ingredients, and his stunning presentation of dishes - as seen at Cliff’s Edge in Silver Lake, 71Above in Downtown, and at the now-closed Yours Truly in Venice. Dine on Italian-inflected fare like cavatelli in light poblano coconut cream sauce or chicken parm with smoked mozzarella.
