The 50 Eggs group - the guys behind South Florida's Spring Chicken (and Yarbird Southern Table and Bar) - recently opened its third outpost of the chicken-focused eatery. Parked on Alton Road in Miami Beach, the new Southern-inspired spot follows its sister locations in Coral Gables and Fort Lauderdale with rustic charm and hearty eats.
Inside, the vibe is comfy casual - similar to Yardbird - but the concept has switched from fine dining to fast casual.
The menu is compiled of a variety of chicken offerings such as Blue Plate Specials of fried chicken drumsticks served with waffle fries. Other options include the kale salad with homemade biscuit croutons, and smoked chicken sandwich (pictured) sprinkled with toasted pecans.
And of course, there's plenty to drink. Sip on your choice of either hard root beer, Tall Boys brews or wine on tap.
