The Colony Grill Room at The Beaumont

Serving up transatlantic grill room classics and old-world glamour in a stylish 1920s NYC-style grill room.

Head Chef Ben Boeynaems (previously of Petrus and The Goring) serves up his take on transatlantic favourites the restaurant is known for, with a large focus on seasonal and locally sourced ingredients - served within a beautifully refreshed, glamorous grill room - with a clubby 1920s New York feel and with the walls now adorned with striking large-scale David Hockney-esque murals and maximalist artworks.

Colony Grill favourites and elevated American diner classics have been given a twist, such as steak tartare with pickled radishes, fresh horseradish and game chips and Dover sole, grilled or meunière, with miso brown butter and potato dumplings.
