Miami isn't necessarily known for its amazing pizza, but that's about to change with the opening of the well-known Brooklyn pizzeria. Paulie Gee's Miami recently opened in the former bright yellow Chinese restaurant building in MiMo - now transformed into a mod white - serving authentic wood-fired pizzas with multiple vegan options.
Here's what U can plan on eating: the Greenpointer pie made with arugula and shaved Parmigiano (or ask for vegan option without the cheese), along with the Monte Cristo with gouda and Canadian bacon. Are U salivating yet? We also hear the team has some special Miami-style pies as well, using local ingredients and Latin flavors.
For those not looking for something else other than pizza, there's soups, salads, and dessert available.
Select wines along with craft brews on draft and by the bottle are also for the taking.
