Their ice cream revolution brings together culinary art and innovative technology to deliver creamy, flavourful and super-smooth rich ice cream combinations - one scoop at a time. Four Winters use liquid nitrogen technology to freeze (to -196˚C) your ice cream order in front of your eyes, on the spot - in a safe and healthy manner.
They are on a mission to bring surprise and delight back to ice cream, wanting to evoke "that magical feeling but use science and technolgy to make it relevant for a 21st century audience." Flavours include: a Cautious Peanut Butter Cup, a Courageous Lavender and the Crazy Beetroot (dairy-free options are available).
Currently Four Winters has two stores in Jordan, with international expansion in Europe and the Middle East set for the next few years.
The inside scoop...
Traditionalists can opt for the Solo range, which includes vanilla, chocolate and coconut flavours – but for the more adventurous there are flavour combinations such as strawberry lavender, afternoon tea, honey and spicy honey brittle, and peanut butter cup.
