Inside, you'll find a gastropub-like ambiance with brick walls, dark woods, and central wraparound bar posing as the main focal point. 

Several flat screens make for ideal game watching, while the bartender's mixing skills help bring cocktails to a new height. Case in point: the bloody mary. Sure, you can opt for the traditional take infused with vodka, but why would you when the master behind the bar can make it with whiskey? The end result is potent and savory, with a taste that's pretty much hypnotic. 

And speaking of savory, this place does it right with its New World American cuisine. Start off with the bacon & date croquettes, and you won't be disappointed. Follow this with the signature Trust burger topped with cheese and fried egg that's cooked to perfection (tip: ask for medium rare).
