La Dame de Pic is based on a similar concept to the original restaurant of the same name in Paris.Famed for being the only current French female chef to be awarded three Michelin stars, Chef Anne-Sophie Pic began her culinary career in her family’s restaurant, Maison Pic, in Valence, south-eastern France.
La Dame de Pic at Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square is her first restaurant in the UK. At the heart of this spectacular location, La Dame de Pic gives a nod to the historical Parisian brasseries but in a dining room that is classically English - designed by Bruno Moinard of Paris-based architects 4BI - is sensitive to the space’s original, listed features, with natural wood flooring, carved woodwork, curved leather banquettes and columns covered with beveled mirrors.
Known for continually revisiting ingredients and exploring unusual cooking methods, Chef Pic is showcasing her "distinct culinary identity rich in powerful and unexpected flavour combinations" - using only seasonal and local ingredients. The menu features some of Anne-Sophie’s classics with ingredients sourced from the British Isles paired with produce never before seen in the capital yet drawing on influences from across the globe to create plates that "intrigue and excite the palate". Alongside the a la carte menu, a three course lunch menu priced and £39 per person and a five course tasting menu available for £95 per person.
Berlingots - triangle-shaped pasta parcels with a filling of smoked Pélardon cheese with seasonal wild mushrooms and a tonka bean and voatsiperifery pepper foam; Cornish crab steamed with Sobacha and served with a Corsican clementine jelly, crunchy celeriac and dill-infused panna cotta and liquorice-smoked Brittany pigeon with turnip, crispy salsify and combawa citrus bouillon.
