Head chef, Sabrina Gidda (The Drafthouse Group, Sanctuary Spa Covent Garden), alongside creative director Marcello Bernardi (Apple, Sony) and entrepreneur Gabriel Bernadi launch The Dog House, a relaxed cocktail bar located in Marylebone.

Small intimate tables surrounded by banquette-esque seating, the Marylebone bar is home to modern Italian cocktails, such as the 'Lotta in Salita' a vermouth concoction (Collector vermouth, Bulleit bourbon, Evangelista Ratifia), and the 'Amante' (Stellacello, Villa Zarri brandy, fresh grapefruit). Alongside a wide selection of Negronis, vermouths, and specialty Italian beers, plus an accompanying bar menu featuring cicheti (small plates), pizette and antipasti.

Gidda's seasonal dishes cross a roasted pepper, black olive & anchovy crostini, tagliolini with wild garlic, burrata & datterini, and Cornish crab risotto with bisque butter & samphire. The bar is situated beneath Bernardi's, a prime location and already esteemed Italian restaurant, The Dog House makes a fitting addition to the atmosphere.
