Zheng He's New Menu

Dubai's most stylish Asian restaurant launches a brand new menu of authentic Chinese flavours given a modern flair.

Inspired by the famed Chinese Explorer the restaurant is named after, the completely revamped menu offers a selection of soups, broths and dim sums, alongside starters and mains, that showcase the finest Oriental cuisine. Under the watchful eye of chef Kenmin Foo Chin-Fatt, the refined dishes are created using traditional techniques such as pickling, and the finest ingredients including fresh crustacean, sea vegetables, and Australian Wagyu beef.

Expect unique, hand-crafted dishes such as chilled smoked duck asparagus rolls, double boiled chicken soup, with dried scallops & sea whelk, crystal green chives dumpling with chicken & prawn, stuffed fresh crab claw with a delicate asparagus shrimp mousse & chilli sauce, and a simple but elegant steamed cod fish with pickled radish & light soy. Plus, classic Chinese favourites such as roasted chicken, and wok fried beef flat noodles aren't ignored either. It's a good idea to also save space for their creative desserts like Chinese spiced plum taste tatin, and chocolate & ginseng crème brûlée, topped with kumquat marmalade.

We don't think U should waste anytime hot footing it to this elegant venue boasting Burj al Arab views to enjoy the new menu; available for lunch and dinner.
