Les 110 de Taillevent

The owners of Parisian institution Taillevent, the famous restaurant near the Champs-Elysées, have bought a (version of their) high-end brasserie to London.

Like its Parisian counterpart (which opened in 2012) Les 110 de Taillevent in London emphasizes exceptional seasonal food and (exquisitely selected) wine pairings in elegant surroundings by legendry interior architect Pierre-Yves Rochon, who also created the décor of the two-Michelin starred Le Taillevent.

Les 110 de Taillevent gets it's name from the 110 wines available by the glass (over 330 wines are available by the bottle), a concept that is carried over to the new location in London. On the "sommelier" selected menu (of genuine French cuisine) each of the 30 dishes offered - from appetizers to dessert and cheese - appears alongside a list of four recommended wines at various price points. The dynamic à la carte menu has been developed by Alain Solivérès, Executive Chef Director of Taillevent Paris, designed to showcase each product, selected for its quality and seasonality.
